The team you'll be working with:

As part of our continuous growth, we are looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer to join our Customer Engagement department in London.

What you'll be doing:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality email campaigns and journeys using Journey Builder.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom solutions and apps in SFMC.
• Monitor and troubleshoot any issues with campaigns or integrations.
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce updates and industry best practices to recommend improvements and optimizations.

What experience you'll bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Few years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) platform, including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Mobile Studio, and Web Studio.
• Proficiency in AMPscript, SSJS, and SQL.
• Experience with API integrations between SFMC and other platforms.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for email and landing page development.
• Proactive attitude with analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Desirable Skills:

- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer certification.

- Knowledge of Marketing Cloud Connect integration with Salesforce Sales, Service, and Community Clouds.

- Experience with Data Extensions, Predictive Intelligence, and Contact Builder.

- Familiarity with CAN-SPAM and GDPR compliance as it relates to email marketing.

- Understanding of data modeling, segmentation, and email deliverability best practices.
