You will be joining a newly established Business Assurance team within NTT DATA that is responsible for our certification, management control and performance systems. The team is plugged into all key business activities, has a strong and powerful voice and presence, and has been established to make a difference to the way in which the business operates.
You will be a Senior Quality & Assurance Manager with both managerial and leadership skills, coupled with extensive project and quality assurance experience within at least one previous professional services company. You will work effectively with others, building productive, collaborative relationships across departments and also with third parties.
There is a need for both strategic and hands-on approaches to ensure full collaboration with the business. There is a need for strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to scale up or down as necessary depending on the audience.
This role will manage a range of current and future company registrations and ISO certifications, while also providing oversight across our project and programme performance. You will be responsible for working with other senior stakeholders across the company to ensure that NTT DATA is well prepared to achieve its future growth plans.
