We are looking for a proactive, highly motivated individual with previous HR Administration experience. You will have a great working knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Excel, and the ability to communicate at all levels with excellent written and interpersonal skills. Experience of working with HR systems, in particular Success Factors would be ideal.
In this role you will deliver excellent quality administration for core HR employee life cycle processes, including but not limited to the new starter process, leaver process, contractual changes, maternity, and paternity leave. You will work closely with the HR Operations team (offshore) to ensure employee files and HR system data is correct and that we provide a quality HR service to our people.
