The Business Operations Associate plays a key role in enabling effective delivery across the practice through strong resourcing, operational governance, and performance management.
What you'll be doing:
Resourcing, Capacity & Capability
- Own and manage all BAU resourcing across the practice, including bids, sold work, investment, and pre-sales activity
- Coordinate supply across onshore, offshore/nearshore, and contractors
- Support Practice Leads to ensure demand is qualified and aligned to capacity and career aspirations
- Track recruitment demand and work with recruitment to resolve issues
- Manage utilisation and bench
Financial Management
- Provide input into monthly forecasting
Governance & Business Management
- Analyse complex data and provide business insight
- Engage with Finance, HR and other key functions
- Own compliance across systems (e.g. Kimble) and timesheets
Process & Continuous Improvement
- Develop and implement operational processes
Operational Support
- Support ad-hoc operational activities
- Support hyper-care and stabilisation activities
