The team you'll be working with:

As Head of Consulting for UK, you will provide strategic leadership across our consulting capabilities and be responsible for growing the consulting business across the UK region.

This is a pivotal role that bridges innovation, operational excellence, client impact and organizational growth. You will lead the vision, direction, and execution of our consulting practices—ensuring high-quality delivery, consulting commercial growth, and lasting client value.

You will be working closely our global consulting centres to bring onsite, offshore and near-shore advisory capabilities for our UK clients.

What you'll be doing:

Strategic Leadership & Vision

  • Set and evolve the long-term vision for Consulting in line with market trends and client needs.
  • Shape and execute the unified Consulting practices across the UK region
  • Act as a thought leader and brand ambassador for NTT DATA’s consulting excellence
  • Be a part of our Global Consulting leadership team bringing together advisory capabilities from across the globe

Consulting Growth & Commercial Performance

  • Drive profitable growth across the Consulting business, ensuring revenue, utilisation, and margin targets are achieved.
  • Build high-impact relationships with C-level clients, supporting sales and presales efforts with compelling propositions.
  • Support strategic bids, shaping value-led solutions and messaging aligned to client priorities.

Operational Excellence

  • Ensure consistent, high-quality delivery across engagements through frameworks, best practices, and governance.
  • Serve as a senior escalation point for delivery challenges, enabling resolution and client satisfaction.
  • Lead on key internal initiatives that improve operational maturity, ways of working, and tooling.

Build Consulting Capability & Talent Development

  • Lead and inspire a high-performing team of consultants across domains.
  • Identify and close skill gaps to meet emerging market demands.
  • Champion a diverse, inclusive, and supportive team culture.

What experience you'll bring:

  • Proven experience leading large consulting practices (technology and/or business) in a matrixed, client-facing environment.
  • Strong commercial acumen and a track record of driving revenue growth, improving margin, and building strategic client relationships.
  • Depth in digital transformation, operating model change, and technology-enabled business consulting.
  • Gravitas and communication skills to influence senior stakeholders internally and externally.
  • A coaching leadership style and passion for developing diverse, high-performing teams.
