The team you'll be working with:

As part of our Consulting, Strategy and Advisory practice in the UK&I you will be working with a range of client organisations that may be in sectors where you have prior experience or may in some cases be entirely new for you.

You'll be joining an agile, innovative and extremely people focused company; it feels like a start-up but with serious backing and has the reputation of exceptional end-to-end solutions.

What you'll be doing:

  • Leading and Delivering client engagements
  • Growing the practice using delivery led growth approach
  • Working with alliances team to grow the partnerships in Financial Crime space
  • Ideating asset development, innovation ideas
  • Setting the strategy for Financial crime practice growth in the UK market

What experience you'll bring:

  • Knowledge of Financial crime domain including Sanctions screening, Transaction monitoring, SARs is mandatory
  • Knowledge of Fraud in addition to AML domain will be seen as an advantage
  • Has also got significant consultancy experience building and leading teams
  • Knowledge of key technology providers like Symphony AI in FC space and fintech ecosystem
  • Experience of building GTM offerings across FC domain
  • Experience of leading client engagements and growing the FC practice
  • Understands the regulatory environment well
  • Able to talk credibly to clients to understand their challenges and problems and can define solutions to address client needs
  • Able to work autonomously, self-starter
  • Lead relationship with FC Partners, be the key touch point and liaison and drive relationship to deliver tangible results
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Excellent and high-quality presentational skills – PPT etc
