The team you'll be working with:
We're seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst to join our Salesforce Enterprise & Cloud Solutions Practice in London. You'll be supporting strategic CRM initiatives by bridging the gap between technical and business teams, driving improvements that ultimately enhance the user experience and support business growth.
This role is pivotal in aligning business requirements with technical solutions, ensuring the effective implementation and optimization of Salesforce Clouds for our clients. You’ll collaborate with key teams to maximize business value and deliver high-quality solutions across the Salesforce ecosystem landscape.
Working closely with stakeholders, you’ll deliver scalable, high-impact solutions that enhance productivity and support our clients’ evolving needs.
What you'll be doing:
- Business Analysis for client delivery projects
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Demonstrate effective oral and written communication skills when engaging with colleagues, users/customers, suppliers and partners.
- Work with the project team to
- Ensure the solution accurately reflects and meets the defined expectations of the business, from both functional requirements and process perspectives
- Understand and effectively apply appropriate methods, tools, applications and processes.
- Contribute to the selection of the approach and techniques to be used for business situation analysis.
- Demonstrate judgement and a systematic approach to work.
- Adopt a holistic view to identify and analyse problems and opportunities.
- Engage and collaborate with operational stakeholders.
Knowledge
- Learning and professional development — take the initiative to develop own knowledge and skills by identifying appropriate development opportunities.
- Good Salesforce domain and product specialist knowledge necessary to perform effectively in the organisation

Organisational Change Management
- Assist in conducting readiness assessments to evaluate the size, nature and impact of the organisational change.
- Gather feedback to analyse the impact and effectiveness of the change management activities being deployed.
- Establish and build relationships with the project sponsors and key stakeholders.
What experience you'll bring:
- 1 - 2 years of experience working on Salesforce implementation projects
- Ability to understand business requirements for Salesforce Solutions
- Translate business requirements into detailed user stories, process flows & functional specifications.
- Have creative problem solving and analysis skills with an ability to identify, develop and implement solutions to gaps to meet the needs of the business
- Experience in participating in design sessions and communicating design options to clients
- Experience in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methods
- Stakeholder management and client-facing skills
- Salesforce Certifications base line requirements
- Sales OR Service Cloud Consultant OR Salesforce Admin
- Some experience in conducting root cause analysis and identify recommendations for improvements.
- Experience in writing acceptance criteria related to functional and non-functional requirements, business processes, features, user stories and business rules.
