The team you'll be working with:

You'll be joining the 6th largest IT Service Provider, present in more than 70 countries. What you'll be doing:

As part of our continuous growth, we are looking for a Project Manager (initial 6 month FTC), with advanced level Microsoft suite skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), multi-tasking, communications skills and preferably experience delivering OT (Operation Technology) projects, to join our team in Glasgow.

  • Lead and manage operational technology projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables that align with company objectives
  • Monitor project progress, including identifying and mitigating risks, while providing regular updates to stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including plans, schedules, and reports for management review
  • Facilitate communication among all project team members to promote efficient teamwork and collaboration
  • Cost estimating and financial plan controlling

 

What experience you'll bring:

  • Flexible hybrid role with no “set” days onsite
  • Strong understanding of operational technology processes and systems
  • Experience in Project Management
  • Experience in Stakeholder management
  • Experience in Risk & Issue Management
  • Experience in Project Management tools, financial tracking & forecasting
    • Experience with Clarity/Service Now would be useful
    • Jira, Confluence experience would be useful
  • IT background
    • With preferred experience within the utilities/renewables sector.
