The team you'll be working with:

A ServiceNow Pre-Sales Consultant will play a critical role in the sales process by providing technical expertise and strategic guidance to potential clients. This position involves understanding client requirements, demonstrating how ServiceNow solutions can address their business challenges, and helping to drive successful adoption of the platform.

What you'll be doing:

  • Gathering customer requirements
  • Creating presentations and conducting product demos
  • Building proofs of concepts
  • Responding to RFPs
  • Documenting Proposals and Statements of Work
  • Estimating ITSM, CSM, ITOM and SPM related packages of work
  • Facilitating discovery workshops to understand customers business challenges
  • Conveying requirements to technical teams.
  • Create Epics and Features, assessing complexity and steering delivery team in the right direction 
  • Aligning development with requirements both internally and with 3rd parties including offshore suppliers.
  • Demonstrations to deliver technical and commercial arguments for proposed solutions.
  • End to end ServiceNow Sales and workshops.
  • Identify and advice on key client changes for internal processes and current technology.
  • Management of existing technical teams, including performance reviews
  • Contributing to the development and growth of the ServiceNow practice.

Understanding each client's unique needs across various industries requires deep research, continuous engagement, and designing tailored solutions. Managing expectations, preventing scope creep, delivering compelling presentations, and navigating the competitive landscape are major challenges. Staying updated with continuous advancements in the ServiceNow platform is essential for ongoing professional development.

Key Competencies:

- ServiceNow: Certified System Administrator

- ServiceNow Micro-certification in various areas

- Pre-Sales Accreditation in CSM, SPM, ITSM, ITOM, GRC

Requirements for the role:

- Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform and modules

- Excellent communication and sales skills

- Strong problem-solving abilities

- Relevant experience in pre-sales or solution consulting

- Familiarity with ITIL processes

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
