What you'll be doing:

As a Commercial Manager, your primary focus will be post-contract signature, ensuring the smooth execution of long- and medium-term programs. This involves managing contract changes, tracking service levels and key performance indicators, participating in commercial governance meetings, negotiating with customers, assisting project teams through contract delivery, and identifying opportunities for new business. You will collaborate with different departments such as Client Partners, Legal, and Procurement, as well as experienced Commercial Managers, to deliver contractual and commercial services for your enterprise accounts.

You’ll play a pivotal supporting role, providing commercial services and contributing to the development and implementation of strategies tailored to the dynamic needs of our business and customers.

What experience you'll bring:

• Previous experience managing contracts in alignment with guidelines, regulations, and approvals.
• Understanding of commercial matters related to Change Management, contributing to a balanced commercial offer that maximizes the business's competitive position, while mitigating liability risks.
• Knowledge of formulating, negotiating, and obtaining approval for amendments to contractual terms, work orders, and pricing
• Skill in identifying and addressing commercial risks and opportunities through negotiation with clients, with a focus on liability management.
• Proven ability to establish key customer relationships, demonstrating not only an understanding of customer needs but also insight into their motives, while managing liability concerns effectively.
