You'll be joining the 6th largest IT Service Provider, present in more than 50 countries. What you'll be doing:

  • Working with the oil team to assist in the financial control of projects and business development activities.
  • Chasing the BPO for invoice release making sure events are consolidated for EXT Projects Time & Materials and JSOX Fixed Price
  • Tracking cost allocation across team activities monitoring project work, business development work, holidays, and training.
  • Tracking project costs and revenues and presenting actual and forecast results.
  • Issuing invoices and monitoring purchase orders.
  • Reconciling all client account forecasts to the operational dashboard (actuals)

What you'll need:

  • Expertise in Microsoft Excel and Strong numeracy
  • Experience in project management office and status reporting
  • Project planning experience
  • Back-office finance and control processes a plus.
  • Experience working in projects
  • Ability to work independently and on your own initiative.
  • Ability to work within tight deadlines
  • Comfortable in a fast-changing and demanding environment
