What you'll be doing:

In this role, your primary focus will be to engage with prospective and existing clients alike. You will have to identify what problems they are facing and work with our engineering teams to propose, design and estimate solutions.

Here's an overview of some of the typical duties:

  • Work with Client Partners, Cloud Executives and fellow architects to identify business value and roadblocks.
  • Plan, design, estimate and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Assist Cloud Executives in evolving our Go-To-Market strategy for Cloud.
  • Facilitate pre and post-sales activities including technical deep dives and proofs of concept.
  • Collaborate with geo-distributed teams, that can be based in one or more locations and/or time zones.
  • Ensure the proposed delivery model/solutions meets industry best practices and quality standards.

What you'll need:

 

  • Practical experience in Cloud and Cloud Native solutions and technologies, including Kubernetes.
  • Practical knowledge of DevOps and agile concepts, application development, and deployment tools, including continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD), monitoring, testing, security, and modern programming languages or frameworks.
  • Excellent conceptualisation skills, being able to capture and transform ideas into clear diagrams and documents
  • Excellent communicator in English (both written and spoken)
  • Empathetic leader that is well versed in guiding teams through complex tech situations
  • Acts as a Leader, playing an active role in helping others grow professionally and creating an environment in which the members feel like a valuable part of the team.

Nice to have:

  • A presence in the wider tech community through industry contributions such as speaking, publishing literature etc
  • Rafay certified professional, or product experience
