We are seeking a passionate and experienced professional in the field of Intelligent Automation and Robotic Process Automation and Process Mining that develops and deals with the technical challenges in the practice and across areas participates in the strategy definition, is able to deliver end-to-end solutions and can help in the cultural change for RPA adoption with clients.
As Automation Technical Lead you will be part of a multidisciplinary team leading, assessing, designing, and implementing solutions that may use Blue Prism, UiPath and Automation Anywhere, Celonis, and any other market or NTT Data asset tool.
What you'll be doing:
- Lead Intelligent Automation projects, including the strategy, approach, team and client engagement at all levels across business areas.
- Understand the client’s needs, drivers, priorities and success criteria to assess automation technologies and opportunities to design the approaches.
- Lead the team to estimate project efforts.
- Manage the project planning, efforts, resources, risks management and oversee execution.
- Support and guide clients and team members, being their main point of contact, acting as the IA, delivery and best practices domain expert.
- As an IA Lead, you’ll participate in and influence the Practice’s strategy.
- Participate in client’s bid responses, proposals, and commercial material
What you'll need:
• Curious and passionate about Technology, Intelligent Automation and process efficiency.
• Experience building and designing solutions with Blue Prism and UiPath RPA software (experience in other additional market-leading technologies might be considered a plus).
• Good understanding of the whole product lifecycle, encompassing development, testing & support.
• Experience in process improvement, mapping processes, identifying automation opportunities, re-engineering, and building process business cases.
• Strong Leadership skills
• Have a problem-solver mindset and be a facilitator for clients and the team.
• Excellent communication skills: oral and written, with proficiency in English.
• Willing to mentor and guide other team members supporting their career growth.
Desirable skills:
• Certifications in Blue Prism, UiPath, Automation Anywhere and Celonis.
• Project Management skills
• Experience with Process Mining technology.
• Six Sigma Certification.
• SQL and Object-oriented programming skills.
• Knowledge of design principles and modular programming techniques.
• Experience in incident management, including root cause analysis, clean-up and prevention of future occurrences.
