- To improve the company’s ability to run large scale events and sponsorships within EMEAL.
-As part of the EMEAL Events Team, responsibility for event management in EMEAL (including leading industry events/conferences, events sponsorships, client hospitality, executive events, group events).
- Leverage proven industry best practice in event management to deliver superior events for clients, prospects and internal staff, and continuously seek ways to make improvements to such events.
- Work with representatives from the business and the marketing team to agree the agenda for the said events.
- Manage pre-event logistics, including design and dispatch of communications to event attendees to pre-agree timetable.
-Manage all onsite event logistics, either working directly or via agency representatives to ensure superior customer satisfaction (omotenashi) of company events within pre-agreed budget targets. Own relationship with venue owner and ensure events run on time and on budget.
-Track delegate registration pre and post event, uploading details into CRM systems as required.
-Track event ROI in a timely manner.
Manage delegate data from identifying contacts to Marketing Qualified leads, working with the business as required – both to identify potential targets and to provide MQLs.
