This role will form a core part of NTT DATA’s Operations team. Supporting the Director of Operations in all operational, general management and strategy activities, this role will be key to the sustainable and scalable growth of our business. Driving consistency, rigour and predictability and a perpetual focus on improvement will be key to this role’s success.
The role will often act as a deputy for operational and business leadership.The role will cover many aspects of business management from core day to day activities to strategic initiatives supporting the business transformation. All operational activities within the Service Line will be the responsibility of this role, ranging from managing BAU rhythms and performance across resourcing, utilisation, financial forecasting, planning, engaging with other functions within the business, managing day to day escalations.
The role will ultimately be accountable to the Director of Operations, supported by a team of resourcing staff, Recruitment and Contract Sourcing. Beyond the day to day operational activities, this role will be a key support in:
This role will be supported by a resourcing team, central operations, our Recruitment Team, Contract Sourcing team, Partnerships, Finance, HR, IT etc.
