What you'll be doing:
As the Recruitment Coordinator, you’ll work close with a range of internal and external stakeholders including business partners, head of departments, engineers, and more in order to coordinate a streamline process for multiple interviews across various levels of the business.
Responsibilities:
- Extensive scheduling and complex team diary management.
- Scheduling and organising internal video conferences / phone calls / meetings.
- Liaise with colleagues, clients and candidates via various methods to coordinate interviews / meetings.
- Ability to form great relationships with stakeholders.
- Work closely with recruitment team on adhoc duties including improvement projects and internal database updates.
What you'll need:
Requirements:
- Proven experience navigating a fast paced recruitment environment
- Very well structured, organised with the ability to prioritise and multitask
- Customer-centric attitude, with extensive stakeholder experience
- Confident and skilled in using Microsoft Office applications (Calendar, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Previous experience working with applicant tracking system(s)
