As part of our continuous growth, we are looking for Senior Automation Engineer to join our Intelligent Automation department in London. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team leading, assessing, designing, and implementing solutions that may use Blue Prism, UiPath and Automation Anywhere as well as any other market or NTT Data asset tool.

What you'll be doing:

  • Develops and deal with the technical challenges in the practice and across areas, participates in the strategy definition, deliver end-to-end solutions and help in the cultural change for RPA adoption with clients.
  • Support client engagements.
  • Be involved in the whole automation lifecycle taking decisions and designing the strategy of the project.
  • Process identification and assessment, business cases creation, process qualification and process prioritisation.
  • Project estimations, planning, reporting and escalation.
  • Coordinate and lead team delivery tasks.
  • Translates customer requirements into solutions that best leverage the chosen RPA platform functionality.
  • Be able to design and implement scalable, robust RPA solutions with clear, detailed, and accurate supporting documentation for our clients.
  • Ensuring that the solution accurately reflects and meets the defined expectations of the customer.
  • Assure the best practices following market/internal/client methodology, and quality assurance.
  • Evaluate new automation technologies and assess new automation opportunities
  • Work within project planning constraints, communicate any identified project risks and issues to the delivery/project manager accordingly and provide inputs to the change control process.
  • Create and document test procedures and scenarios for the pre-UAT phases.
  • Hands on delivery, contributing to the development as well as any other project tasks.

What you'll need:

•            Proven experience building automations with Blue Prism and UiPath RPA software - Automation Anywhere will be considered as a plus

•            Proven technical experience in an IT programming development environment, ideally in RPA tools (UI Path/ Automation Anywhere/ Blue Prism)

•            Experience of the whole product lifecycle, encompassing development, testing & support.

•            An awareness of change impact and the effect on the ability to automate or the need to update existing automations.

•            Excellent analytical, problem solving and communication skills.

•            Willingness to learn new technologies, share knowledge and adapt to client needs.

•            Experience of documenting solutions and system dependencies.

•            Excellent communication skills with business, IT, and third-party stakeholders.

•            Experience of automating across a diverse range of software solutions, utilising both user interface and back-end approaches where appropriate.

•            A skilled problem solver with the desire and proven ability to create innovative solutions.

•            Experience of incident management, including root cause analysis, clean-up and prevention of future occurrences.

•            Ability to lead and mentor a team.


Desirable knowledge and experience

•            Certifications in Blue Prism, UiPath or Automation Anywhere.

•            Experience working with cloud platforms: Azure, AWS, GCP.

•            Experience working with Process Mining, specially Celonis.

•            Experience working with IA tools.

•            Six Sigma Certification.

•            Coding experience in .NET (C# and VB.NET), HTML and JavaScript.

•            SQL and Object-oriented programming skills.

•            Knowledge of design principles and modular programming techniques.
