As part of our continuous growth we are looking for a Service Designer to join our team in Digital Experience.

What you'll be doing:

 

As a Service Designer for the NTT Data ExD team, you will use a wide range of User Centred Design methodologies and user research techniques to analyse our client services, identify gaps and propose desired outcomes where there are inefficiencies or failures. To understand existing supporting systems for our clients customers and front line staff and to design targeted improvements in both digital and processes based services.

What you'll need:

  • Experience working for a consulting firm or agency
  • Experience working across different sectors, specifically in insurance
  • Experience planning, conducting and analysing outputs from user research
  • Well versed in user-centred design methods and techniques
  • Good analytical thinking, process-oriented skills, verbal and written skills
  • Experience in working within an Agile manner within a commercial environment
  • Ability to work collaboratively within multi-disciplinary teams, multi-vendor teams
  • Keen to learn, evolve, and continually challenge yourself and the way you do things
