As part of our continuous growth, we are looking for a Personal Assistant to join our team in General Services.

What you'll be doing:

  • Complex diary management of multiple diaries, arranging internal and external meetings, booking meeting rooms and virtual connection details, booking restaurants, etc.
  • Travel Management: booking flights/trains and hotel itineraries for our executive team, managing Visas, booking seats and check ins, or any other requirement depending on destination.
  • Event Management; looking for options for internal or external events, inside or outside our premises.
  • Admin support: as assisting executives in processing Expenses reports and creating their Time Labours, registration and updating our internal data base with their contacts, signatures management, etc.
  • Other support: our aim is to support executives in anything they need so there is other requests where you will need to coordinate with other departments or offices/countries like IT, HR, Talent, Finance, etc.

 

What you'll need:

  • Minimum experience of 3 years in a similar position within a corporate environment
  • Be highly organised and methodical, excellent multi-tasking skills, be resourceful and a natural problem solver
  • Have energy, drive and enthusiasm
  • Flexibility and Adaptability
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Skilled in MS Office; including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
