You will be joining this rapidly growing service line responsible for all Cloud and Managed Service contracts to all of our customers across all sectors. We cover Service Operations and service desk, AMO, Cloud technology, End User Compute and legacy ITO. We align with ITIL and are agnostic across our delivery capability in relation to core IT, Cloud, service desk, EUC tools and technologies.

You should be self-motivated, experienced individual, used to working in a fast paced, dynamic environment with a can-do attitude within the Office 365 messaging arena. You will possess a strong work ethic and desire to perform. Individual needs to be enthusiastic and have a high level of technical knowledge with experience across IT Infrastructure.
This role will be a lead position, threfore you will be expected to lead by example, mentoring junior team members and helping them grow and develop.
The team provides BAU operational support and project delivery across all O365 Messaging & SharePoint towers to multiple Public and Private Sector customers.
In-depth technical understanding of the Enterprise E3/E5 product offering including Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive for Business and Teams, and awareness and configuration knowledge of Security and Compliance Centre in O365 Admin Portal, also with the ability to create and develop PowerShell scripts.
This role will work closely with customers to assist them in both BAU support and the delivery of new projects.
