The team you'll be working with:

As part of the NTT Data Transformation programme (OneCRM), we are seeking a Training Content Creator to join our Change & Enablement team, based in the UK & Ireland.

The Content Creator is responsible for creating high-quality, persona-focused eLearning and performance-support materials from approved programme process documentation and work instructions, working closely with the Lead Trainer and Process SMEs to ensure content is accurate, learner-friendly and ready for the Highspot platform.

What you'll be doing:

• Convert approved processes and work instructions into concise, learner-oriented content.
• Author Highspot-ready eLearning modules.
• Create persona-based learning journeys and modular learning assets.
• Develop job aids, quick reference guides, checklists and supporting learner materials.
• Work with the Lead Trainer to apply instructional standards consistently.
• Collaborate with Process and Revenue Cloud SMEs to validate technical accuracy.
• Incorporate screenshots and system examples once the relevant build is stable.
• Maintain source traceability and version control.
• Address consolidated SME review feedback.
• Package final assets for handoff to the Highspot Platform Team.
• Support content QA and publishing validation.

What experience you'll bring:

• eLearning or digital learning content development experience.
• Excellent business writing and content simplification skills.
• Experience converting complex process information into learner-friendly content.
• Familiarity with LMS / enablement platform content standards.
• Strong PowerPoint and document authoring capability.
• Highspot authoring experience desirable.
• CRM / Salesforce programme experience desirable.
