As Transformation Director – Banking & Financial Services, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our clients by leading strategic transformation initiatives that redefine how banks operate, innovate and compete.
This is a highly visible, market-facing leadership role responsible for identifying, originating and shaping enterprise-wide transformation opportunities across NTT DATA's Banking & Financial Services portfolio. Working closely with C-suite executives, you will combine industry insight, consulting expertise and technology leadership to help clients solve their most pressing strategic challenges while accelerating growth for NTT DATA.
Reporting to the Managing Director – you will collaborate across consulting, sales, industry, alliances and delivery teams to create differentiated propositions, influence major pursuits and establish NTT DATA as the trusted transformation partner for the UK's leading financial institutions.
What you'll be doing:
- Develop and grow NTT DATA's Transformation Services proposition across the Banking & Financial Services sector.
- Build trusted relationships with C-suite executives and senior business leaders, becoming a strategic advisor on enterprise transformation.
- Identify, originate and shape large-scale business and technology transformation opportunities across NTT DATA's Banking & Financial Services portfolio.
- Lead executive discovery sessions, transformation assessments and strategic workshops that define future-state operating models and transformation roadmaps.
- Shape complex consulting and technology pursuits, bringing together consulting, engineering, data, AI and managed services into compelling client propositions.
- Provide executive leadership and governance across major transformation engagements, ensuring alignment between business strategy, technology and delivery.
- Partner with Banking Consulting, Client Partners, Industry Leaders and Delivery teams to accelerate pipeline growth and win strategic engagements.

- Represent NTT DATA through executive forums, industry conferences, client events and thought leadership.
- Strengthen relationships with strategic alliance partners, including Microsoft, AWS, Google Cloud, SAP, Salesforce and ServiceNow, to enhance joint client value.
- Mentor senior consultants and transformation leaders, fostering collaboration, innovation and continuous capability development.
What experience you'll bring:
Experience
- Significant leadership experience delivering and shaping enterprise transformation within Banking or Financial Services.
- Demonstrated success engaging with C-suite executives to define and execute strategic transformation agendas.
- Proven experience originating and developing complex consulting and technology opportunities.
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of supporting business growth through strategic client engagement.
- Experience leading large-scale transformation programmes spanning business, operating model and technology change.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders across clients, partners and internal leadership teams.
